Shipping policy

All orders are processes within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Potential delays can occur due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. If tracking on your order isn’t working or if you have any additional concerns, feel free to contact us at info@plowmanspatches.com

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at the expense of the buyer to countries including: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Singapore. 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reached your destination country. Plowmans Patches is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and you are responsible as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@plowmanspatches.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
